We are looking for experienced primary education practitioners to join our team as Quality Assurance Mentors in September 2021.  This role involves supporting trainee teachers on their teaching training journey through lesson observations, advice and guidance and pastoral support as well as working as part of the SCITT team.  This role would suit ex-Headteachers and senior leaders or experienced teachers who have a flexible working pattern.  Please contact Debrah Maddox for an informal discussion about the role on 01494 535564 or dmaddox@cvpa.school.
