Support and Wellbeing Training
As well as the support you receive from our 3 tiers of mentoring, wellbeing training features regularly as part of our centre-based training.
We use experienced senior school leaders and a psychologist to deliver training sessions on managing workload, mental health and wellbeing at various intervals throughout the programme. At these sessions, trainees are introduced to a number of techniques designed to mitigate the effects of stress, such as breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation and progressive relaxation. Trainees have fed back to us that they have found these sessions extremely enjoyable and helpful.
