Our Qualified Teach Status (QTS) programmes combine centre-based training with hands-on classroom practice from day one. You will be supported all the way by our three tiers of mentoring : Teacher Tutors (class-based mentors), School-based Mentors (usually senior school leaders) and Quality Assurance Mentors (employed by us as another layer of positivity and support).
